Your information will be sent to the Employee Activity Assn. Mail Order Center (EAAMOC) to verify eligibility to shop on our membership website. Please give the EAAMOC a few days to verify your eligibility.

If you are not a member, email or call us at 866-274-8749 and request that a membership application be emailed to you.

Once your membership to the EAA has been verified you will receive an email letting you know you are cleared to shop online!
